You probably know the script by now.

Welcome to Freedom & Balance.

This curriculum is called Power Play, where every week we practice self-awareness exercises to grow our inner-leader.

Today’s a very special day. It is, of course, Valentine’s day. So with that in mind, you know we had to make this week’s Power Play exercise extra-sentimental for you all…

Exercise 3 of 4: “CONFLICT” A break-up conversation

As you work on this week’s exercise, remember the college rules:

1. If it’s not Heartwork, it’s not Artwork.

2. The process is the prize.

Deadline: Thursday 20th Feb 23:00pm

Submission: hello@freedomandbalance.com

As stated in the brief, we do not review work. We believe reviewing is a self-reflective task for you to develop. However, do feel free to review your work with people who you trust. If you do review your work solo, be sure to go easy on yourself. Remember, this exercise is for self-growth, not for self-deprecation.

With that being said, if you still would like to share your work with us, we would love to see it!

This week, ask yourself…

  1. How good am I at handling conflict in my everyday life?

  2. How often do I avoid conflict for the sake of harmony? Why?

  3. Who in my world handles conflict in a way that inspires me?
